The Mumbai-based boutique travel agency comes fully equipped with a fleet of luxurious vessels, finished to the highest specification.

Vishu Mutta, Managing Director, Nexus Travel Solutions, said, “Yacht tours are a niche concept in India, that have not been explored by many tour operators. We have two-hour tours to overnight tours. The general perception in the minds of people is that yacht tours are expensive. However, it is not like that.”

Mutta added, “Most of our clients are diamond merchants, we are leveraging on this database and selling this concept. We are also looking at tapping corporate entities for their team building activities. Since our start in January this year, we have hosted kitty parties and groups, and have been getting queries to organize engagements. Having experienced our services, most of our clients are repeat and referral.” The yachts can accommodate a maximum of 50 people.

The company is also looking at starting sailing classes; the majority of trainers and instructors are medal winners at International-level yachting events like Asian Games, etc. “It will be an individual training class with 20 sessions. At the completion of the training programme, certification will be offered to the participants,” said Santosh Kesarkar, Director, Nexus Travel Solutions.
