We humans might not come in steel, but we are made of something far tougher. Our persistence, takes us way further than we could ever think. We have fought and we will continue to fight our own little battles. One such instance, was recently seen at the Igarka airport in Russia on this Tuesday, where a strong will to go home, got these Russians to do something very unusual. Humans might have adapted themselves to survive at the sub-zero temperature, but at the bone-numbing temperature of -52C where our imagination would also freeze, how can we not expect the machines to give in. At the Igarka airport of Russia, when the landing gear of a Russian-made plane Tu-134 froze on to the aerodrome surface, there seemed to be no hope of it taking off and flying the passengers where they were bound. But nothing seemed to have doused the fire of the strong will to be home inside these passengers, that inspired them to come out on the frozen track and shove the plane out of the snow.

Yes, it may seem unusual but yet another heroic act of humans. Now this is not a bit funny, since going out in such harsh temperatures might lead to frost bite, and ignoring this could be fatal. It’s good to know that these valiant bunch of people along with a tractor were able to tow the plane to the runway and yes, it did take off and landed safely in Krasnoyarsk. Wow, doesn’t this sound inspiring? Well, according to the Russian authorities, this was a horrendous job to do. They said it could have caused serious damage to the aircraft, which in turn could have resulted in a more fatal situation. Authorities have ordered investigations into a possible breach of some safety regulations. Well, all we can say is everything is well, that ends well!
