Hop on to a 550 ft high Ferris wheel which has broken all records to be christened as the Tallest Ferris Wheel in the World! ‘The High Roller’ is a luxurious 30- minute joyride which has added to the ‘over-the-top’ reputation of Las Vegas thanks to Caesars Entertainment. It is fully functional since 31st March 2014 in The LINQ, which is a busy shopping and dining district of Vegas.
Some cool facts about this structure:
- There are 28 cabins, all air-conditioned gondolas which can occupy 40 passengers each.
- It has a total capacity of 1,120.
- It travels at 0.89 foot/second!
- You can take drinks on board (from the High Roller Wheelhouse bar of course!)
- You can book a cabin and get married while on the joyride! (A chance to make your own fairytale wedding, right?)
The coolest fact - At night, it changes colour from blue to red to green to purple! Sounds awesome doesn’t it?!
