You must have a passport which is not older than 10 years and must be valid for at least three months longer than the intended stay.
Your passport must have at least two blank pages to affix the visa.
You need to posses proof of confirmed hotel reservations during the period of your intended stay in Netherlands as well as confirmed to & fro air tickets.
