Nothing less than an extended travel commercial for Spain, the movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, made all those who saw it, fall helplessly in love with this country of sunny skies and sunnier people. But long before it captured all of our imaginations, the country has been a favourite of travellers from all over the world, most of who just can' get enough of its balmy beaches, charming little villages, good food and better wines. Local Language

Spanish or Castilian as it is officially called is the mostly widely spoken language in Spain. Catalan, with its variant Valencian, is the second most common language and is spoken in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and in the Valencian Community. Other lesser known languages and the regions where they are spoken are Galician and Basque, in Galicia and the Basque Country and Navarre respectively.
